The Advantage

See It Before You Sign Anything

Being in Uganda means you don't have to take our word for it. Walk into our Ntinda office, ask to see the site, and meet the advisor who will be handling your booking in person rather than over email.

BUILDNET has been developing property in Uganda since 2011. Every current and completed development is one you can visit directly, on your own schedule.

Common Questions

What Local Investors Usually Ask

  • Do I need a quotation before I can book?

No. Our sales executives and managers can book a property directly without a quotation prepared first - ask your advisor to start the booking whenever you are ready.

  • USD 2,500 for units priced in USD, or UGX 5,000,000 for units priced in UGX.

  • A 20% down payment is due within three months of booking. It can be paid in full or in partial instalments, as long as the full 20% is settled within that three-month window.

  • Cash, post-dated cheque (PDC) or bank transfer are all accepted for the booking fee and down payment.

  • Your name, address, phone number, email, and a copy of your national ID or passport. Alternative contact details are optional but recommended.

  • Yes - BUILDNET works with bank mortgage plans where you pay the 20% down payment and the bank covers the remaining 80% in construction-linked milestones. Ask your advisor for the specific bank partner and terms for the development you're considering.

  • For Waterfront, yes - backed by Centenary. Ask to see a sample guarantee document rather than taking the terms on trust.
